TThe 5th edition of the FELICITATION CEREMONY, organized by the TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL, IGDTUW, for the BATCH 2022 was held on 29th March 2022, 4 P.M. ONWARDs, in the IGDTUW AUDITORIUM.

A moment celebrated to appreciate the hard work and success of the present and the outgoing TnP team and welcoming the new TnP student team to carry forward the legacy commenced with the lamp lighting and blessings of the almighty.
Honourable Vice Chancellor, Dr Amita Dev graced the occasion as the Chief guest and motivated the students with her gracious presence Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhanoa (TPO officer, ICE) and Dr. N. R. Chauhan (TPO officer, MAE) along with other dignitaries and the core student team were a part of the eventful occasion.
The event proceeded with the outgoing team officially handing over the legacy to the incoming TnP student team for 2022-23 and was followed by the introduction of the new core members. Detailed placement statistics of the present batch of CSE, IT, ECE, MAE, BBA, MBA for both UG and PG were shared through presentations and videos. The TNP Student team celebrated the success and achievements of their hard work of reaching out to national and international firms.
The event also acknowledged the victories brought by IGDTUW students in the annual sports meet of NSUT, Agastya 2022. Where the football team bagged the gold, basketball, volleyball and cricket team earned the silver and badminton, kabaddi and cricket team secured the bronze medals. In addition to that, Pehu Singh was awarded the MVP (most valuable person) in Chess (mix). This was followed by the cake cutting ceremony where everyone enjoyed the successful year and gave toast to the coming year of responsibility.
The entire Team of TNP-IGDTUW felt great pleasure to have Honble Vice Chancellor, Dr Amita Dev among us on this festive occasion. Honble VC madam took the festivity of the event to a greater level by her zealous speech for the students. The event was concluded by a highly motivating speech by Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhanoa ma’am where she inspired the team through her words of wisdom. Everyone wished luck for the upcoming placement session on a conclusive note.
