| Content : | As a part of Viksit Bharat @ 2047, Department of Management presented a thought-provoking movie screening of “The Founder,”, a film that delves into the corporate landscape and the lessons it holds for future leaders and managers. The film explores the rise and fall of McDonald’s and the lessons that can be gleaned from its journey. "The Founder," a film that chronicles the fascinating history of McDonald's portrays the challenges, triumphs, and setbacks faced by the company and its founders, providing a valuable backdrop for discussions on leadership, business strategies, and ethical considerations. Department of Management focuses on interactive teaching pedagogy and widening the mental horizons of the students. In line to it, teaching through movie screening offered a wealth of insights relevant for business and engaged the students to analyse the impact of various decisions, leadership, and marketing strategies on the company’s trajectory through students’ led group discussion. It aligns well with the objectives of the Viksit Bharat initiative, aimed at focusing on relevance of governance, sustainability and survival of the corporate. | ||
